This was our third time to this place with a 3 year hiatus. It's a weird place. The food was okay. I ordered the pasta with roasted eggplant topped with mozzarella balls. The pasta on the bottom of the dish was cold, the top was hot, the pasta itself was cooked al dente which was good & the little balls of mozz didn't melt so they must have thrown them on at the last minute when they weren't under heat lamps. the burratta app was cold so when it was sliced you wondered if it was just mozzarella. The clincher which made me say I'll never go back, was dessert. Apple strudel. It was either in a fridge next to the garlic or on a plate that wasn't washed well but it was most definitely garlicky apple strudel. It was the last flavor on my palate. I'll never forget it.

It wasn't our first time here. Last time was awful, but they had just opened, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. The oysters were not fresh at all--they definitely came in several days ago. When we told the waitress, her response was "I just saw the chef open them." Not for nothing, but oysters are always shucked to order. Opening them just then doesn't make them fresh or not. They didn't comp them as any other restaurant would have. The entrees were good so no complaints there. But we then ordered the lava cake and it was just a warm chocolate cake. Not an ounce of "lava." I don't see us returning again.

I recently hosted my baby shower in the private event room at Donatella’s, and overall it turned out to be a beautiful celebration! The space was great for 24 guests, the food was delicious, and our guests had a great time.
There was a major hiccup — the private event room had been double-booked, which caused a lot of stress and confusion. It truly felt like things might fall apart before the event even started.
Despite the rocky start, we left happy and grateful. I would recommend this restaurant for special occasions, and I especially want to thank Fabian for going above and beyond to make our day memorable. 🎀👶✨

Hosted a baby shower this past weekend and it was a 10/10. The manager Fabian ensured our mommy to be had the best time with no stress. He was extremely helpful to us throughout the entire experience and made sure everyone was okay consistently. Staff was also amazing in helping us in every aspect from start to finish. Would 100% recommend. The private room was a great space for a great intimate party. Fabian went above and beyond.

Our 1st visit here. Very nice ambiance from the outside to the table. Great service, accommodated my food restrictions. Everything was very tasty. My wife & I shared the buffalo mozzarella app and it was very fresh tasting. She had the chicken francese and loved it. I got the Chilean sea bass, minus the garlic, lemon sauce and tomatoes, delicious! All in all, a great experience! We'll be back.

Service is absolutely terrific, the entire staff is welcoming and makes you feel at home. The food is phenomenal, they certainly know how to do portions. Always a great, memorable experience for date nights or celebrations at Donatella's.

Arrived and it was empty and serve was terrible and all 5 waiters talking by the bar instead of handling the two tables they had at the start. Food taste bland and they must have changed either owners or chief. Will not return. Very disappointed
