Wow. When you dont think people can be more nasty here comes dunkin rt 17 has heights nj. I ordered a small hot tea as i had a throat problem. I wondered why it was taking so long. 1 other person there. I said excuse me 4 times to the kid who was supposed to make it. He heard me and ignored me. I saw him tear something but i said nothing. When i grabbed my tea after 15 min and drive away. I noticed he tore the tea bag and tea leaves were all floating in my cup. I tried...read full review
It's Dunkin donuts.... at this particular shop the employees are very nice and kind. but still it's just a Dunkin donuts it's mediocre coffee and bagels the donuts are good but I don't really eat donuts I get them for my son, I shall return

The guy tore my tea bag in my cup because i complained it was taking so long. I saw him do it. He should be fired. I couldn't drink my tea and i had a bad throat. That is vicious. He ignored me when i said excuse me 4 times and then ripped the tea bag.guess the owner doesnt care
