This is one of the Dunkins in the area that cuts their coffee with water so they can make more money. My coffee tastes like water and cream

I've been coming to this Dunkin'. Donuts, now, for the past 3 yeand there's nothing good about this place. If they're not getting your ordering, they're taking their time making it. They just hired this New Girl who's always on her cell phone in the back and looks miserable. If you're not happy, quit and give it to someone who wants to work. I'd rather buy a coffee pot than half them do anything for me

Been going here for years but the service has declined so much that I’d rather have nothing than to spend my money here! I usually order ahead on the app and my order is never ready, even after 20 mins and they are out of stock on things i ordered a lot! Then they refuse to refund me! The young blonde with curly hair is such a rude employee, she is never helpful and definitely lacks customer service skills and for that reason alone, I’m done with this location

Skip this location. Apart from the building being dingy and overall neglected, the staff aren't very nice, and the drinks aren't prepared well - they often leave syrup at the bottom of drinks or use improper ratios for other drinks, ruining the flavor. Would it be so terrible to spend an extra few seconds stirring before serving?

Today the lady serving me told me they didn't have the donut I ordered and just decided to substitute it for whatever she felt like without even asking if I was ok with her choice. I went to the counter to switch to my second choice but I felt that wasn't right.

I know nothing will change, but I'm writing this more so for the people who are in between Dunkin locations and are wondering which one to go to. Don't pick this one...!

Normally I make my own coffee in the morning, but I was in a rush so I decided to grab something from Dunkin… someone please tell me why my amateur coffee is at least 10x better than what I was served here?!?! I just wanted something easy and delicious to start my day off, but I got stuck with someone who had to remake my drink twice and still got it wrong! The morning staff acted so unhelpful and rude. The attitude I was given after politely asking for my drink to be remade was incredibly off putting… definitely will not be returning to this location.

Ordered a coffee using mobile pick-up in this Dunkin Donut location. When I picked it up, the lid cup looks like trash. Its disgusting. I threw it out the garbage. How can you even serve that coffee to your customers.

This place is the west. Four times I bought from this place. They give u bacon uncooked. And the coffees taste horrible. Get new people to work here look at the amount of little ass cream cheese they put… they can’t get nothing right..

I don’t know what is wrong with the staff that works there, I have been a customer at this location for more than two years so far, but still they don’t even try to respect you. They took 15 minutes to serve me a medium black coffee but served 5 people after me, this is not even the first time. This staff is the most racist people that I have ever seen. I don’t recommend going here.

Disappointing Service

I traveled all the way from New York to Dunkin to visit my family hoping to grab something for my friends and family early this morning. The drinks were great, but the service was extremely disappointing. After we ordered our drinks, I asked if we could get just one stuffed bagel. The staff member (who was working on December 12 in the morning) told me that she couldn’t make food because she was alone and her partner was going on a break. Fair enough, but what frustrated me even more was that, right after we ordered, they took the same order from the person behind us without mentioning any food restrictions to them.

It’s disappointing to feel like we were treated differently, especially after traveling such a long way. I hope the staff can improve communication and consistency in the future.

Their staff are clearly not properly trained. I ordered a decaf mocha latte, strawberry coolatta and iced coffee. 2 out of the 3 were terrible. The strawberry coolatta was very bad, i only tasted water with strawberry syrup. The ice coffee, was clearly old coffee not properly brewed. There were only two Hispanic young ladies and I could hear how stressed they were “I’m gonna cry everyone keeps ordering a latte”. I think Dunkin needs to properly train their staff to work under pressure. The staff apologized for the delay which I’m okay with but I still stand that they need to be properly trained and not give out half ass drinks out to just get rid of a customer.
