Prices have gone up as with everywhere. But nice to have someone else cook and do the dishes. The food is pretty good also. Waitresses are friendly.

The server was pleasant. But when I ordered banana and strawberry "pancakes", and she repeated back "french toast", I corrected her and again said "pancakes". I was served french toast.

My family (7 of us). Stop in here today.on our Way to American Dream Mall. We were greeted very good and sat down super fast. The food came out quick and fast everything which was HOT and we had alot of food as well. Our server Joaquin was great as well

Solid, above average place to eat. I decided to try the Fisherman's Platter, which consists of two pieces of fish, five pieces of shrimp, and fries. Everything tasted pretty decent. Not seafood restaurant quality, and a little heavy on the breading, but I suppose that should be expected since IHOP is not known for their seafood.
On a side note, I've ordered other things from IHOP that were more along their specialties. While I did like the platter okay, I think next time I will order something else.
The servers were all Pleasant and friendly, and service was noticeably fast. My friend ordered biscuits, sausage & eggs, and I think it was ready in less than 5 minutes. If you are looking for good breakfast items, I would highly recommend this place.

Went there yesterday for Valentines with my boyfriend. He dropped the cap to a sauce bottle on the floor and found a roach on the floor 🤢 (pic included). Def be careful! This used to be our go to IHOP but def not anymore. It immediately made us lose our appetite . On top of that the food wasn’t the best and the service was rushed to the point where we could barely even get out our order to the server. She was in such a rush and then mine ended up being wrong :/. Usually they’re pretty good but I guess yesterday not so much, kinda ruined our Valentine’s Day a bit.

Great place for a comforting breakfast. I especially love the pancakes and was satisfied after eating. The sausages were cold and tasted like frozen sausage from Walmart, but besides that, it was a good meal.

Owner of this place needs to learn how to speak to his customers nicely. I have a one year old daughter who was being cranky so the owner thought she was gonna draw on the wall so he gave us a warning to be careful. Even if she did, we could've wiped it, it's not the end of the world. Place isn't fancy or nothing. There was a hair in the menu but I kept it quiet. Next thing, her dad took her outside and she came inside with a ghost sticker. Owner comes up to him and starts being angry about one damn sticker out of all the stickers. He tells him how to be a parent, how to control our child, this and that. Like he is lucky my man chose peace because he would’ve talked back and would’ve left the place. I had to ask the nice lady who attended us who that man was. And she told me he's the owner and could get mad at certain things. But still you don't go around telling parents how to be a parent. Please avoid going to this place because this owner does not like kids who are cranky or moves things around because owner will yell at u on how to be a parent to YOUR own child. The burger was good doe, and my man paid. in my mind, I thought he would’ve wanted to leave and not give his money here. Well we will never return here ever.
