Please beware! I will never go her again! The owner is extremely nasty and rude! On Christmas my aunt choked on the food. She had to be taken out by the ambulance and did not touch her food. It was 5 people and 2 didn’t touch their food at all but we were still charged. When we called from the hospital they hung up several times and today the owner stated “I’m not accommodating you.” Beyond disgusting!

Stopped in 12/18/25 @ 1:00pm for a late lunch. Our server Jennifer seemed like she didn't want to work. She kept standing behind my right shoulder to ask us our order. Basically she talked across me to the other 2 members of our party. Brought our waters, straws, small plates and silverware and set it all down in front of me for me to push to everyone instead of her walking to each person and doing it herself. I had to tell her to get out of behind me and walk over to the others. She brought our food and did the same thing again, setting the food down this time in front of my friend ro push over to me. I told the waitress she can bring the food to me rather than have us do the job. When she came to clear the empty plates, she came to my friend's side and stood there waiting for me to push the dishes to her. I told her she can come and get them. Sounds not picky BUT I go out to eat bcz I don't want to cook and clean up so why am I going to do it at a restaurant where they have a hired server?

Unsanitary. As soon as I received what I ordered, There was a hair on my food. I let the server know right away and she brought me the same exact plate just heated up. WITH THE SAME piece of hair on my food. I do not recommend this location. I don’t know what their sanitary protocols are for the cooks, but they are not clean.
We came to I Hop today, and the only reason we had such a bad experience was the employee who served us. There was zero friendliness, a rude attitude, and completely disrespectful communication. Our food wasn’t missing, but when it came time to pay, the employee tried to forcefully ask for a tip, which is unacceptable. We genuinely felt uncomfortable.
It’s surprising that a well-known place like this employs someone with this kind of behavior. Management seriously needs to review this staff member. With this attitude, losing customers is guaranteed.

The Waiter gets an A+ but the Chicken and Waffels is what I go there for most was awful-- dry, deep fried way overdone or old and heated up with cold waffels

I've been here before but today was disappointed. Food came out too quick and was cold which tells me it was already cooked when ordered. Food should be cooked when ordered. Waitress was friendly and attentive.

The manager went above and beyond to make my birthday special, and I truly appreciated the kind gesture.
