We ordered the lunch special with 2 regular rolls (eel avocado and spicy salmon), spicy tuna, and special roll (I forgot the name but it has avocado, cream cheese, shrimp, etc). They were all sooo delicious! I think we found another sushi spot. We love the decor in the restaurant too. It's a small place but so worth going.

This was the best sushi in the area. But, the owner/main chef left a few months ago. It hasn’t been anywhere near as good. The style is different and it really seems like the fish quality took a step down. Does anyone know where the original chef went? —Eternal sadness.

Portion size to price is a bit of a let down. Excellent sushi is always worth paying a little more for, but I ordered the sashimi deluxe not sure how much it cost or how many pieces are in it over the phone I was told it was 18 pieces. Thinking that about $30-35 would be a normal price for that. It was $47 on there menu and that's what I paid along with 3 rolls and a seafood dish (which was also portioned a bit smaller then expected but not outrageously small) the total was over $100. The issue is that when you look at there menu it says that the sashimi deluxe is $47 for 25 pieces. Somewhat reasonable but I only got 18? I just paid for 7 missing pieces of sashimi.

I’ve been there a few times, and I’ve always loved their food, but tonight I met the new owner and he was extremely pleasant. He let us sample one of his new menu items (the crispy rice with tuna) and it was delicious. I would absolutely recommend!

The guy who answered the phone and gave me my food was respectful and kind! The food was good and fulfilling, though my bento only came with a single dumpling, which the description says it comes with multiple.

The sushi here was pretty much average all the way. The presentation was OK, the options were standard, the price was appropriate and the taste was good. Nothing amazing, but good. I think 3 stars is a fair rating.

I have dined here and ordered takeout a handful of times and I'm typically satisfied. The food tastes fresh and right ( I am a novice with sushi so nothing too complex ) but everything I've ordered has been great. However I will note I visited this past week and the service took a good while but it seemed to be a high demand and perhaps low staff issue. I will say in my experience thus far the staff is not much to write home about in terms of you come in and no one greets you or directs you but it generally seems like the "host" wears a lot of hats and therefore you have to be the one to explain what you're doing there and what you need. I still give it 4 stars because the main goal here is to get quality fresh sushi and I believe this spot delivers, I might just stick to takeout in the future.

Fresh fish always. I have been coming here for the past 5 years and have not had one bad experience. The sushi is alway amazing and a great size rolls not too small like some places. The service is great as well always nice and the place is always nice and quiet very peaceful. I like a lot of the rolls but today had the beef wonton soup and can honestly say it’s one of the best soups I’ve had.

Food is stellar!! Very reasonable prices. But customer service is bad and the waiter is pretty mean :( I miss the old guy
Honestly, their sushi is amazing. Having been to many sushi places, including Japan, their sashimi is fresh and sushi is flavorful. Highly recommend!

My go to spot for sushi. I've only gotten takeout but every time it's super fresh and appetizing. Can't wait to eat in one day!
