It's a pretty nice "Mickey D's..." but it could be better, I like that they have charging stations at this restaurant and they have a decent music selection here as well, the service is also okay too, and also if some customers have any issues with their orders or if it's too expensive, just use the Kiosks sometimes and customize your orders, it's pretty self explanatory...

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese got home started to eat it was raw. I returned to the mc donalds and they gave me a new one this time it had bacon on it and looked like they threw it in the box from across the room.

Managers there have a bad behavior I just called on nov 22,2024 because I apply only and the girl who pick up the phone had a bad attitude with me that was at 12:03 in the daylight

New design seams cold, no pickles request ignored, no napkins give or out for self-service, didn't bring to the table for dine in, so almost a total failure.
I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, and the order was ready in less than 20 seconds. I bite into 1 stale sausage egg McMuffin. Then I bit into a second stale sausage McMuffin. The worker said they were “fresh” and “made to order”

Location, location, location. The same food item can vary on a scale of 1 to 5 depending on the location of the chain. I’ve had plenty of five star burgers from McDonald’s as well as many one star burgers from McDonald’s. This big Mac comes in at two stars. As you can see by pictures and video, you will see dried up slabs of beef on a piece of cheese with some chopped up onion. On my order, I put extra cheese extra onion extra big Mac sauce. The reason I’m giving this two stars and not one star is because they did give me the extra piece of cheese. I paid for everything else fell by the wayside, if this is the quality that I can expect from the Hasbrouck Heights, McDonald’s,I will not be eating lunch or dinner from here as this sad excuse for a big Mac was given to me.

My 5-year-old grandson wanted to have breakfast and eat here. He loved it. I haven't eaten @ McDonald's in 15 yrs, it was yucky! The place was very clean though and they brought the meal to the table. I liked that there were plenty of tables that could accommodate wheel chairs and disabled people.

These people always forget the bbq sauce i never understand the stingyness these people be on you be literally telling them BBQQQQQQ SAUCE AND NO BBQ SAUCE . I am pregnant and it hurt my feelings do not come here
