Had trouble ordering online due to an issue with my credit card. Called and got Kathy who I think is the manager on the phone. She was so friendly and quickly took my large work order which was ready exactly when promised. Amazing customer service and amazing pretzels! They were a big hit at work! I’ll definitely be back soon.

Gross !!! MOLDY. Obviously, these were not freshly baked as they claim to be this was the order I placed days ahead. Besides the fact, they were hard as a rock and barely any salt on them. The entire layer on the bottom of the $40 ! Tray was stuck together by MOLD. Needless to say spent the next in the bathroom

*Too Good to Go Review*I ordered for a pick up for a Tuesday at 5 pm via Too Good to Go. The app allows you to order a surprise bag of a restaurants remaining food for the day, for a discounted price. I’m the bag was a row of pretzels, pretzel nuggets, cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets, and a pepperoni stick. While the amount of food we received was appreciated, we ended up having to throw most of it out. Most of the items tasted like they were from the day before and not the day of. The row of pretzels was so chewy. The only thing that was decent was the pepperoni stick.The cheesesteak, pretzel dog, and spicy sausage did catch my eye, so I would be willing to give it another shot and try those (hopefully) fresh.

Pretzels are really yummy! The only thing that turned me off was that the lady that served my pretzels never bothered to take her gloves off and she was using the register and tugging on her ear with the same gloves she used to grab my pretzels with, i was so grossed out. They should be mindful and if you’re not going to take your gloves off then have a separate person operate the register.

Ordered the pretzel bites with cheese dip, the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites, and the pepperoni pretzel melt.Overall, just avoid this place. The pretzel dough tastes like the basic soft pretzels you may get in high school or a shitty fair. You can definitely tell the difference between this place and wetzels or auntie Anne's. The latter are relatively superior. The cheese dip was god awful and tasted like powdered cheese from Kraft mac and cheese with water added to thicken it.The cinnamon sugar bites was missing a binder like butter to flavor the bites and to bind the cinnamon sugar to it. There was also way too much cinnamon sugar, it was completely doused in it. The pepperoni pretzel was decent but did not make up for the overall terrible experience. Would not return.

1st time here and service was great!The young lady was so helpful for a 1st timer with answering all of our questions and giving suggestions. She explained how freezing the pretzels and reheating them in a toaster oven or airfryer would get it back to how it taste when you just get it in the store.We settled on Spicy Pretzel Sausage, Mini Dogs, Pepperoni Melt and 5 Pretzels.She explained that it would be 15mins for the Mini Dogs and Pepperoni Melts so we said we would wait in our car and soon as they were ready she came out to tell us ?Hubby and I both loved the Spicy Pretzel Sausage. Definitely getting this again!I loved the Mini Dogs, they were like pigs in a blanket ?Pepperoni Melt was good especially with the marinara sauce but this must be eaten immediately! Ours got cold and the cheese was just a clump on 1 side as it was standing up in the bag LOL buy we did wish there was more pepperonis. ? Kind of stingy with the pepperoni for something that is called Pepperoni Melt... though Hubby was happy with all the cheese it had!Yelp offers a 15% discount for this location when you check in. :)
