They don’t even speak English I don’t understand how do u employ people to take your order when you can’t even understand what the customer is ordering? The prices are even higher than McDonalds so where’s the value add?

I ordered double sonic smasher combo, mozzarella sticks, all American dog and blue raspberry slush. What I got instead was food poisoning. They gave me a corn dog instead of what I ordered which was all American dog and the sprite from the double sonic smasher combo taste like they have not cleaned out the fountain machine. The whole meal was not fresh. I don’t know what’s going on with that location but this is the first time I got sick eating at this sonic.

The food and service is great, my only issue is just the restroom and I think the restaurant needs to be expanded more so it can be better for the customers, plus the restroom should be inside the restaurant not on the outside, I also think it needs more lighting, above all, this place does get crowded from time to time, but I do recommend this restaurant...

The. Best. Fast. Food. Restaurant. Ever. This is absolutely hands down my fav place to eat. Sonic in Hasbrouck Heights always makes sure to get my order right. Dropped my food cause the waiter refused to walk the food to my car. They had many people in the restaurant that could have assisted her to the car with my food. Instead she refused to walk to my car like they are supposed to do… I hate this area.

The service is whatever but the food is so meh I would never eat there again. Cheap and affordable but not what I expected. The hot dog was in a soaked bun, the burger was basic, the fries were ok, and the shake was fine. Nothing special.
