The food and service is great, my only issue is just the restroom and I think the restaurant needs to be expanded more so it can be better for the customers, plus the restroom should be inside the restaurant not on the outside, I also think it needs more lighting, above all, this place does get crowded from time to time, but I do recommend this restaurant...

Dropped my food cause the waiter refused to walk the food to my car. They had many people in the restaurant that could have assisted her to the car with my food. Instead she refused to walk to my car like they are supposed to do… I hate this area.

The service is whatever but the food is so meh I would never eat there again. Cheap and affordable but not what I expected. The hot dog was in a soaked bun, the burger was basic, the fries were ok, and the shake was fine. Nothing special.

The absolute worst customer service I wanted a meal with a large coke.
The guy talking to me in the drive thru kept telling me he could not hear me . I had to scream to order.
And I still didn't get what I wanted.
They act like its impossible to get a large drink with my combo.
I didn't want another drink i wanted a large soda with my order.
I told the manager woman and she told me i would have to have a separate order for my large coke.
I refused.
Complete insanity.
They dont give receipts probably because they know they would get negative feedback.
Onion rings were sweet, taste like funnel cake batter. Slushie doesn’t come with the “hospital ice” anymore. Not worth it anymore.

Will never return. Of all the fast food chains I've ever been to this is my least favorite. While they're cheeseburger is a nice size it's dry as dirt. French fries have a weird taste to them and who puts whipped cream on a milkshake??? Close to $9 for a plain hot dog???

I drove by Sonic. Not eat there but I have gone to the one in Rapid City SD where my son lives. We liked the icy slushies because it was hot! The food was ok. Nothing fancy but reasonable.
