Dropped my food cause the waiter refused to walk the food to my car. They had many people in the restaurant that could have assisted her to the car with my food. Instead she refused to walk to my car like they are supposed to do… I hate this area.

The food and service is great, my only issue is just the restroom and I think the restaurant needs to be expanded more so it can be better for the customers, the restroom should be inside the restaurant not on the outside, I also think it needs more lighting...

The service is whatever but the food is so meh I would never eat there again. Cheap and affordable but not what I expected. The hot dog was in a soaked bun, the burger was basic, the fries were ok, and the shake was fine. Nothing special.

The absolute worst customer service I wanted a meal with a large coke.
The guy talking to me in the drive thru kept telling me he could not hear me . I had to scream to order.
And I still didn't get what I wanted.
They act like its impossible to get a large drink with my combo.
I didn't want another drink i wanted a large soda with my order.
I told the manager woman and she told me i would have to have a separate order for my large coke.
I refused.
Complete insanity.
They dont give receipts probably because they know they would get negative feedback.

Will never return. Of all the fast food chains I've ever been to this is my least favorite. While they're cheeseburger is a nice size it's dry as dirt. French fries have a weird taste to them and who puts whipped cream on a milkshake??? Close to $9 for a plain hot dog???

I drove by Sonic. Not eat there but I have gone to the one in Rapid City SD where my son lives. We liked the icy slushies because it was hot! The food was ok. Nothing fancy but reasonable.

The food was didn’t taste good. The chicken was hard. Onion ring taste sweet. The sauce taste old. My kids couldn’t eat the food at all we wasted money for nothing
My wife and I have made Sonic a weekly night out and usually it's...ok. Some nights it's great and others not so much. I wanted to leave this review because just tonight when we got our order her queso was ice cold. When we brought it to the staff's attention we were told that none had been heated up yet...at 9 pm...on a Thursday. We were not notified this was the case when we ordered (strike one as it has always been served hot) and the attitude we recieved when we asked for it to be warm was atrocious. They finally relented after me asking several times for them to rectify the issue. When we got it back, it was lukewarm at best. This also caused the majority of our food to go cold due to having to wait for them to get us the queso...again. When she handed us the queso, she had a terrible attitude, stating "here" while practically shoving it in my face. We wasted money on the meal as it became inedible now due to it being cold.
I'm honestly baffled with the degradation of service here. It used to be much better, and we never had ridiculous issues like this.

Your online menu is worthless. You can't see or read anything. Has no one noticed this? It's supposed to be a drive thru and you can read the menu before you go. Just kike nearly every business in the US...NO ONE CARES!

My children and I love it...it's a shame that there aren't many more in the state of NJ...the service is very good and fast, the quality excellent and the prices very competitive.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is a place to visit by car, enough space to park.
