Ok so this particular morning I walked in and had such an amazing experience and it really made my day, it’s very important when you come across friendly people, because you never know how it will make them feel. I was greeted with nothing but laughter, friendliness, amazing hospitality by Craig, Manny, Jacob and Marcos! It was such a natural flow coming from them, they definitely deserve their own reality TV show :-) they specifically work on the Saturday morning shift. I deserve nothing but the upmost treatment. Thanks for making my day guys!

Every morning I get the same order AND a pup cup for my service dog. The staff has gone above and beyond to know me and my furry companion. They are always kind, when not busy will take time to talk to me, and know my order even when I order on the app! GREAT staff and very kind people.

I had a fantastic experience at the Starbucks in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, thanks to Marco and Claudia! Their customer service was top-notch—they went above and beyond to ensure every customer was happy. They were attentive, friendly, and quick to resolve any issues, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear they truly care about their work and their customers. Marco and Claudia are invaluable to the Starbucks team and absolutely deserve a raise and a promotion for their dedication and hard work!

This Starbucks is one of my top choices! I stop by every two weeks while shopping at Teterboro Walmart and Costco. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

Two Chatty Cathys at the register. One worked there, and the other did not. The line, five deep, one barista working, but no end in sight for the two chatty Cathy’s whose coveration had just taken another thematic turn, all of which extended our time in line. When one of the customes complained, one of the Cathys berated him. The Cathy who worked there took the opportunity to boast about how the customer had been told off. I mentioned that as a Starbuck customer, he was right to complain. The time for an extended chat was not condusive for excellence in service. The barista went on to inform me that Starbucks requires customer engagment, even to the inconvenience of other customers--and that if that client was in a hurry he should conducted a mobile order. The manager, so I heard, was on a vacation. I guess this is what happens when the kids are left to run things.
