Got my food in the drive thru and pulled off without my drink. The cashier I believe his name is Simon bolted out running after my truck and caught me in the parking lot, making sure I got my drink. Most employees would have had me suffer of dehydration but not Simon, he’s the people’s champion. Taco Bell should make this guy employee of the month (if he isn’t already) and give me a raise!!!

I ordered the crispy chicken taco and there are 2.5 pcs of chicken on the taco. I kniw food never looks like the picture but what is this?

I went in person to order my food, charged extra for refried beans and there was barely any in my chapula, same with sour cream. I was basically wasting the tortilla and tomatoes. Highly recommend avoiding this location. This has happened few times. I really want to give a spot few tries but I’m done now

I just had to stand in the drive-through for 15 minutes while I watched my cashier Simon G text away on his phone. He completely disregarded our order did not confirm that everything was in the bag, and ended up mixing our order of completely. As he was handing our order to us, he was still texting on his phone. Then followed by having a nasty attitude when attempting to correct our order. It’s employees like this that truly pushes customers away. We specifically said that we did not want cilantro or onions in our order as we are all allergic, but still neglected the information as they were too occupied on their phone

Hard to understand the server through the speaker. Out of mountain dew. Out of De. Pepper. Put my food in the bag so the chips spilled everywhere and forgot the fire sauce.
