orderd on uber eats the first time i specifically said no meat no cheese on eggs they sent that and i called again for another order they gave me dry home fries which are not even home fries a omelette with raw peppers and onions no toast no salt no pepper and manager was very nasty towards me telling me he doesnt have time to waste on my food. Will not be ordering from them again. Nasty workers .If they followed instructions they wouldnt be having issues

I’m a repeat customer of the Bagel Shop because of their friendly service, tasty food, and small breakfast shop aesthetic. Prices are reasonable, they offer a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options, and also great tasting coffee and tea. They do get busy during peak hours and parking may be limited but well worth it to check out! Love supporting the local businesses, I can tell the owner and staff are passionate about what they do!

Be careful as they by default do not give you a receipt. The price for a breakfast sandwich they charge you is different than what is displayed on their menu. The board in the store clearly says $6.95. If you get a receipt, it shows they actually charge $8.00. This is the cash price so there is no confusion. I brought it up with the manager, who couldn't care less. He claimed that was the price for an egg sandwich and not with meat. When I pointed out that the board clearly says it is for an egg, meat, and cheese sandwich, he again changed his story to say the board just doesn't have the updated price. When I stated you should charge what you advertise on the board that is clearly in front of the customer, he said too bad and walked away. They are clearly doing this on purpose to rip people off. Think of the hundreds of not thousands of dollars they have likely stolen from customers. Side note, their paper take home menu has yet a 3rd price on it.

Food was very disappointing..the pancakes were very dry and thick. Not enough syrup. My son wanted pancakes had no syrup at home, wish I did because it would have came out very delish. The smoothie was like a liquid milk no substance or thickness to it. Very dissatisfied.

I visited this place on the weekend, and the service was incredibly slow. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed, and management did nothing to handle the situation properly. The wait times were unreasonable, and it felt very disorganized. On top of that, it’s way too easy to get tickets here, which makes it even more crowded and chaotic. Definitely not worth the hassle. Wouldn’t recommend it!

The food is amazing and relatively affordable. Overall the place is amazing, my only complaint is that sometimes they’re hard to get ahold of on the phone.
It’s a shame this place used to be so good, and our go to spot daily. But over the past few months it’s been subpar. Cold coffee, wrong orders ( even today) and when you call them to fix it the attitude you get for their mistakes are unreal. Well good thing there’s another bagel shop close by….. and the other spot is opened on Mondays unlike this spot.

I’m extremely disappointed in my service .Im new to the area. Just bought my home right around the corner from the shop. I felt extremely discriminated against even though the mother of the owner chased me down the block with a free bagel to apologize for the horrible service I received. However, I will never patronize this place of business again.

Really enjoyed this gem. Approx 5 minutes from my hotel, the area is so beautiful to walk around shops and embrace the history of the town. Food was off the chain 10/10 would recommend. Staff was super friendly, efficient and definitely know how to multi task. Great flavor espresso if you’re looking for good coffee I approve! Freshly squeezed OJ so good we had to buy a second bottle! The kids LOVED the French toast and I could tell every ingredient was fresh!
