The food was good. Love they have the impossible, too. The trader tots were good, too. Lemonade strawberry smoothie was good a bit on the sour side but good. We got the 20 count sliders for the kids. They went crazy over them. It's worth the stop.

Rude staff. Had missing items in my order, and they refused to make one of them. Wasn't worth it to argue over 1 slider. Won't return, dont waste your time.

Brought a couple along because we love coming to valentines Day to White Castle. We had an 8:00 there was a long line and waited about 40 minutes for our table, There was a large table who just sat and sat even though they were finished. Drinking wine and having their own dessert. Maybe there should be a time limit once you receive your order.

We went for Valentine's day, which they celebrate to the hilt! You need a reservation, but they have tables with tablecloths & flowers & decorations Also, a menu, table service, and several people come by and make sure everything is OK. The crowd had several families with small children, who were all dressed in Valentines day glam, and a photo backdrop & props which every family used. There were also lots of couples, and we ran into people we knew. Very fun, very well organized.

Let me start off, I was a huge fan, not so much anymore. Their signature item the hamburger and cheeseburgers, they have gotten so bad. It's just not worth it anymore.

6 months? ago, I made the trip for the Cheeseburger 10-pack promotion. Arriving home and completing my meal I sat there wondering?? Was there any beef on those sandwiches? or did I just finish eating greasy beef flavored dinner rolls?

ok, so I chalked this 10-Pack experience up to the "promo" maybe they were skimping on the beef to make up the loss on overall price.

Flash forward to this previous Sunday I made the trip back to the big white castle that beef built.

Got home, same results, toasted or warm white bread rolls with "schmear" of beef flavoring. To quote the 1980's... WHERE'S The Beef!!

Ugh, Gross, there is no satisfactory big beefy bite, no big chew, no juicy hamburger, I think there was beef on the roll??

The staff and store were great, 2 stars, otherwise, 0.

Never again, I'm done, there are a million alternatives.

The food was better than I remembered it. It has easily been 20 years since I ate at a White Castle. Not bad at all.

A classic. Don’t hate on it, it’s simple and not trying to be anything it’s not. In fact, it’s lighter than eating a massive burger, has onion rings, vanilla milk shakes and most are open 24/7!
