If you're looking for the best Koobideh kebab in New Jersey and New York, Zaffron Bloom is the place to go. Every time I visit, I'm amazed by the deliciousness of the food, especially their Tahdig. The Olivieh salad and Spanish yogurt are also quite tasty. Since it's a family-run business, the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. I love this place and highly recommend their kebabs!??

It feels like I went to my aunt’s house. The way that owner and a young girl welcomed us I felt like she is one of my aunts from Iran and we went there for lunch. Nothing but humble and friendly.

Professional and kind at the same time.
As soon as I put the first olive in my mouth I felt like the scene of the movie Ratatouille that the food critic took the first bite and he throws back to his childhood memory.

Amazing spot! I’m a big foodie and let me tell you they have one of the best koobideh I’ve ever had. The service was also super fast. Anahid was the best hostess. Would definitely go back there. You also have to try their flat doogh. It’s to die for ?
