All my favorite pizzas taste just like I remember them years ago. Customer service is A1 and the food is great and made with care and love. Always feels like a family gathering and good vibes when I’m there or it’s just other customers with friendly faces walking in and having engaging and inviting conversations. Would recommend to anyone or any family.

We’ve always enjoyed ordering from this pizzeria, but unfortunately, our recent experiences have been disappointing. The first time, our mozzarella sticks were missing, and although we requested contactless delivery, the driver knocked and rang the doorbell several times while my husband was in the shower and I was putting our daughter to bed.
Last night, we ordered the “pizza bread” with pepperoni, but it arrived without pepperoni and wasn’t toasted. We had also scheduled our delivery for 7:30 PM, but it was delivered at 5:45 PM instead. When my husband called, the response was simply that the pizzeria was very busy and they would call him back. Thankfully, we happened to make a quick stop at home during the delivery, as we were out trick-or-treating with our daughter—one of the reasons we had requested the later delivery time. Also, we did not receive a call back as they promised we would.
We’re truly disappointed with these experiences and, unfortunately, will not be ordering from here again.

Wow!!! Stopped in there today for the first time. My wife and I started with a slice each. Amazing sauce and the slice held up great undercarriage no slump very crispy. Fresh ingredients I had the Sicilian and my wife had the Margarita. 10+ on both, took a Sicilian home. Owner and staff are great people, had a great conversation with them about the business. Must have type of place....

I ordered a “medium” cauliflower crust pizza (the only size available, apparently) with a few toppings. It cost me a whopping $35, and I almost canceled the order at that point but I figured I’d get a couple meals out of it at least. Nope! It was barely bigger than the size of my hand. Not a medium, barely a meal for one. And to top it off, it took over TWO HOURS to deliver this stupid snack-sized pizza, and it honestly tasted like crap. I called twice during that wait time and all they could say was that they were busy. Extremely unimpressed.

My takeout order was delivered to the wrong address and the people accepted it fully knowing it was not intended for them. So rude! Im sure my name and address was on the receipt. I paid by credit card and when I reached out to the owner who is new to Prime he would not refund my order or send a new one. Mistakes happen but in the service business you need to satisfy your customers. That is what keeps them coming back. Needless to say Prime has lost the business of a loyal customer. I will give out to shout out to Annie that works there who did her best to make things right!

Yesterday I tried to dine in the pizzeria, and one of the employees at the register was trying to tell me that she feels uncomfortable/unsafe by one of the other employees. She was also getting violent with the employee. The boss of the pizzeria clearly does not know how to run his business. I couldnt enjoy my food which was “ok”, what a horrible experience.
