Sweet Grace, Cake Designs

Sweet Grace was recommended to my wife and I through our venue. It was the best cake we've ever tasted. Every single guest finished their plates at the reception. The cake was so good, that we even ate half our topper before the traditional freezing. The next time I need a cake for a party, Sweet Grace will be my first call.

They straight up ghosted us. We went there for a tasting, everything seemed great! Andy was extremely friendly and professional, and the cake was very good. In order to be sure that our cake "would have a spot in their freezer", we were asked to make a choice within the next few days. We called two days later to ask for a formal quote and left a message. Static. We followed up with emails. We called again a few more times and left another email. Called probably 6 times. Now it has been 2 weeks and still nothing. No email, no text, no call, no explanation. What the hell happened? We will probably never know. Super unprofessional and cant recommend.EDIT: They called me exactly 20 days after writing this review and claimed they didn't get any call or email from us. I don't believe them, but can't disprove that for some reason none of our attempts at contact were recieved. It's unlikely, however not impossible.Nonetheless, still can't recommend. What if they ghost you like that on your wedding day? A call a month later doesn't make it okay.

WOW what a place !!!! The owner himself called me and told me everything about what I was looking for couldn’t believe how nice and professional he was !!! Will definitely be buying my wedding cake here !!! Can’t wait to do my tasting ❤️?in a couple months ! Everything that comes out of the bakery is from scratch

What a joke . The initial phone call was good . But that’s all I can say .. Since these people never respond nor return calls . I sent many inquires regarding a cake I needed and never herd a word from this company . Horrible customer service to leave someone hanging if my design was too complicated, it would be nice to be told that instead of just ignoring me . But hey that’s what reviews are for .

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am extremely upset with the way Sweet Grace handles customer service issues. I spent $325 on my daughter’s second birthday cake only for me to unveil the cake at her party & the topper be a #1 instead of a #2. Sweet Grace outwardly stated & agreed that it was their mistake & the paperwork clearly stated the topper was to be a gold dusted #2. I requested a refund for the topper & Sweet Grace refused to respond or issue a refund for ruining my daughter’s birthday cake. I will never do business with them again & urge people to be weary that if they make a mistake on your cake they do absolutely nothing to rectify it. You spend a decent amount of money on a custom cake you expect a certain level of service & responsibility when the business falls short. I will never waste my money here again.

I order from Lisa couple times a year and she never disappointed me. Cake came out as nice as how I expected and is always yummy. Guests love it.Will order again in January and February

I just had my daughters bridal shower and had ordered a cake last minute from them the cake looked and tasted Amazing!!! I would recommend them to anyone!! the people are so nice to deal with too!! I just overall had an excellent experience with Sweet Grace

Very friendly and professional as well as delicious cake that we tried at the tasting for our wedding cake. I highly would recommend this place to others. Definitely a five star rating!:)

I will never get a cake anywhere else for my son's birthday. She always does an amazing job that far exceeds my expectations. The price is super reasonable and the taste is amazing. Would recommend over and over again.

The cake came out perfect!! Everyone complimented how beautiful and delicious the cake was. Even the fondant was delicious and that rarely happens!

i don't normally write reviews but i just had my baby shower last Sunday and was need of a good looking cake. I had such short notice to find someone to make a cake and sweet grace cakes agreed to Make it the same week I contacted them. The cake looked amazing even better than the picture I showed them. I also wasn't expecting the cake to be the best cake I've ever tasted. I highly recommend sweet grace cake design !

Lisa was amazing!!!! I needed a congratulations cake and she helped me design the perfect cake. She got back to me so quickly. The cake was beautiful and delicious. It became the focal point of the party. Everyone loved looking at it as much as they loved eating it!

Lisa's cake from Sweet Grace for my Father's 90th was just wonderful. She made my design idea come to life just beautifully! Everyone raved about how beautiful the cake was, until they tasted it. Then we all raved about how delicious it was too!! I even overnighted some to my dear girlfriend in New Hampshire who couldn't be there. We used Lisa at Sweet Grace for our Wedding Cake and were very satisfied! The tasting appointment was delicious and made us feel comfortable as we made our choices for a pink champagne cake with raspberry buttercream frosting. She have us guidance in our design, delivered on time and did not disappoint in the final product. Highly recommend!
