Their chocolate silk cake is the best chocolate cake I have ever had from a bakery! It is truly decadent. Every time I bought one it was obvious that it was made fresh.

We've been coming here for our cakes for years and they're very good. I especially like their carrot cake - we ordered one recently for my birthday. It was delicious and moist and I like that it has pineapple in it. That gives it a certain sweetness and texture. Also, the cream cheese icing is great.
I also like that you can send in orders via their website along with your customizations.

I just have to say OMG!! My dad’s company ordered a huge cake for his retirement party and we got the leftovers. It was absolutely by FAR the best cake I’ve ever had in my life. This was her Chocolate Silk cake! I haven’t stopped thinking about it LOL! We are 2 hours away but absolutely will be making the trip in the future.

I had ordered my kids’ birthday cake from another bakery, but they canceled on me just one day before the party. The birthday was on Sunday and I had no idea where I could place a last minute order. Luckily I remembered Baking Grace and drove there first thing in the morning.
I asked if it was possible to place a custom order for a red velvet cake for the next day. The employee told me I could order it right then and even pick it up later that same afternoon. He said it would be fine to store the cake in the refrigerator overnight. I was so relieved. I placed the order and was able to pick it up on time.
The next day, the cake tasted amazing and everyone loved it. I highly recommend Baking Grace. If you ever need a cake last minute, don’t hesitate to go there. Their cakes are delicious and their service is wonderful!

Heard great things about this bakery but when I inquired for a cake for my sister's baby shower, they responded once or twice, mentioned they would call me back with a quote and more ideas then never heard back. Other bakeries I inquired with for a custom cake & cookies got back to me within 24 hours with either a quote or questions and provided super customer service - it was unfortunate Baking Grace did not do so. My rating is for the customer service which speaks volumes.
