I’m so disappointed, I placed an order by phone on March 7th for two 7inch cakes, pickup time 12:00 on March 30th, for Easter. Upon arrival they did not have my order or any history of it. I have the call log, but they must have only written it down on paper.I also order cupcakes for a December birthday, including cannoli cake flavor. The cakes we have previously had were always a white cake & is listed online as a white cake with chocolate icing. When I picked them up, they were chocolate cake.Have been using them for many years, recommending them for their amazing cakes, but I can no longer count on this bakery.

Ordered a cannoli Birthday cake and hade high hopes. The cake itself looked pretty and was definitely freshly made but was the worst tasting cannoli cake I’ve ever eaten, I’ve ordered from many different places. The chocolate frosting was wasn’t the issue. The cannoli filling was tasteless and had a weird texture. Very disappointing to have high hopes and get a product that was subpar.

The environment seemed off, I came in and the older lady was screaming to every worker there,god forbid any of them said anything.
I waited at least 8 minutes before anyone noticed I was there. If I could give no stars I would.

Ordered and paid for a graduation cake for my son, when I went to pick it up there was no cake. They said they thought it was cancelled. Told to come back in two hours and they would have it done. Went back and the cake was nothing like the one that was ordered. Grace said that she would return my money, but only gave me a portion of my back. I have called her several times about this and she keeps giving me the runaround that the "check is in the mail." This has been the very upsetting, not only did she lie about the order she is a terrible business owner!I will never order again and will let the people I know about her lack of business knowledge and customer service.
