As a Queens native who moved to Jersey, finding a spot that feels like home is no easy task. But Bogies Hoagies has made the transition so much easier! Their sandwiches are absolutely incredible—packed with flavor, and they've got a style all their own. They even remind me of the legendary subs at Sal, Chris & Charlie’s in Astoria. This place is definitely a local staple, and I’m so glad I found it. If you’re craving a delicious, satisfying sandwich, Bogies Hoagies is a must-visit! So much variety and wonderful service.

Won't go back based on the ridiculous prices alone. Sandwiches were good though

What a great Deli! Size does matter for a sandwich and this place does not dissapoint!
Walked in and knew right away this was going to be a great lunch spot. Food was fresh, fast and service was excellent.

$65 for two sandwiches is ridiculous. Gentlemen at the register with the tattoos has terrible customer service and an attitude when asked why the increase in price.

Cool sub shop. Stopped in for the first time today and tried the 1/2 meatball sub. Definitely will go back next time I'm in the area and try something else.

This place changed hands some time ago and I hadn't been since the change occurred. The new owners seemed to keep the menu the same but the food was not as exceptional as it had been.

The sandwiches used to be much larger. The bread was baked on site. Now the sandwiches are the same size as you'd find anywhere else and the bread is from a commercial bakery.

The Cajun fries used to be whole roasted potato wedges that were then feel fried, skin on, for a crispy, flakey steak fry.. Now they just use shoestring fries that come from the food service purveyor.

Don't get me wrong. This is a good sandwich shop. But it is not the exceptional one it used to be.

$15 for honey turkey with Swiss cheese on a 7 inch sub asked for it hot and it came out soggy like as if it was just microwaved!! Never again ordering here!!!!! Do not recommend for anyone to go here rather have you waste your money at Subways just a few blocks down

Tonight my buddy had his annual summer sizzle!! The food was catered by Bogies Hogies, Everyone of their ingredients is fresh & delicious!!! The roast beef is the most tender I’ve had. You don’t even need teeth to eat it!! The chicken cutlet hero that you build is outstanding!! The homemade chipotle mayo, tuna and Philly cheesesteak are a few of their other gourmet delights!! The homemade bread pudding is so good it will make you cry!!!

This place made the best sandwiches to me before I inquired about the cost of the beverages.$2.13 cent for a can soda is ridiculous but that's their business. They use to say if you don't like the price you don't have to buy it. That makes sense to me. Someone was offended by my inquire and drenched my sandwich in oil and vinegar(hopefully because my tongue is burning). I used offended by my inquire but honestly the vibes gives maybe they would rather just serve a specific group of ppl and that's fine too because I'll make certain that me or my ppl never go to this establishment again.

Best roast beef sandwich I have had in 20 years.
Their homemade meatballs and tomato sauce were like what my grandmother used to make.
I would recommend this place to everybody.
And their prices are very very reasonable, especially the amount of food you get.
