I went in today around 3:15 after work and it was extremely hot in the store, it seemed the air conditioner was not working, but I still ordered an ice latte n have been sick ever since. Maybe one of the products we're spoiled or they lost power somehow and did not throw anything away because this has never happened before. Although in the past I have gotten breakfast in the morning and the bagels were hard like if they were from the day before.

Worker wiped her nose and tried to touch my food. I told the manager and in their native language she said no she didn’t, once I asked him to review the camera she got nervous I also asked for someone else to finish. When I returned to my destination the store manager already used my survey code so I won’t report the store.

This place is very unsanitary.. just because I called them out on their nastiness, I ordered a half a cream on three coffees. She filled the cups up with cream. To be spiteful!! I’ve been calling them and no one answers… please do not go there!!

The drinks and food are obviously good nothing to complain about but my reason for the low stars is this place is always filled with homeless people, and it literally smells like URINE in there. The smell is atrocious. It’s so dirty and unmaintained especially the bathrooms. when I was there there was workers yelling at homeless people to get out. Also, the people working there are always angry looking and so bothered. I don’t understand why people look so miserable to work when you signed up for the job.
I dont know if its normal to not toast the bread for a breakfast order but its ridiculous for the amount charged for one slice of avocado toast. $4 and the bread isn’t even toasted. My order was out in literally 2/3 minutes and workers seem like they dont even wanna be there.

I just visited this location a short time ago. A coupon I tried to use was scanning expired. It was valid for much longer according to the print. The staff explained it’s Dunkin’ scanning system, not them. I understood. Although that doesn’t help me ?. Long story short, the store accommodated me else wise to avoid me leaving unhappy and have me returning to this location! Thank you ladies…

I've updated my score to review my recent experience. They tend to often get your order wrong. Even after telling me they don't have almond milk and asked if i wanted oat or regular. I told them oat; got regular. Used my app points for a drink, they told me they couldn't do it (again no almond). I told them to refund me. Guy agreed and told me to put my card for a refund. He ended up charging me and refunding me. Never got my points back. Very scummy thing to do. It's just a very unsatisfactory experience. If you never have a certain milk, disable it from the app like a responsible person. This is not an issue of them running out because I've been there mornings and noon.
