This dunkin is the most disgusting dunkin I have ever walked into. My coffee had bits of coffee grinds in it, on top of being the kind of coffee that I didnt ask for. (Wrong order) The cashier takes my money with no gloves and puts her dirty claws all over the cap of my drink to push it on the cup. These are the most unsanitary group of employees handling food and drinks, buyers beware. This place was just built.. America does not run on this dunkin because it would end up getting a stomach virus.

Gave them multiple tries before reviewing. They constantly make drinks wrong. If you like spending money and getting a random drink, usually mostly milk, then go to this location. If you like receiving what you paid for, go to the Dunkin on the other side of Hawthorne.

The place states they close at 10 pm . We arrived at 8 pm and they were pushing us to rush and to move our car. We gave them our gift cards and they refused to check the balance. We asked about the balance and they started yelling about how we owed 3 dollars. We paid them and they started pushing for us to move the car quickly. There was literally no one else there. We were the only ones in the drive-thru and no one was inside the Dunkin either. Absolutely horrible I regret even going.

I went in today around 3:15 after work and it was extremely hot in the store, it seemed the air conditioner was not working, but I still ordered an ice latte n have been sick ever since. Maybe one of the products we're spoiled or they lost power somehow and did not throw anything away because this has never happened before. Although in the past I have gotten breakfast in the morning and the bagels were hard like if they were from the day before.

I told the manager and in their native language she said no she didn’t, once I asked him to review the camera she got nervous I also asked for someone else to finish. When I returned to my destination the store manager already used my survey code so I won’t report the store.

The drinks and food are obviously good nothing to complain about but my reason for the low stars is this place is always filled with homeless people, and it literally smells like URINE in there. The smell is atrocious. It’s so dirty and unmaintained especially the bathrooms. when I was there there was workers yelling at homeless people to get out. Also, the people working there are always angry looking and so bothered. I don’t understand why people look so miserable to work when you signed up for the job.

I dont know if its normal to not toast the bread for a breakfast order but its ridiculous for the amount charged for one slice of avocado toast. $4 and the bread isn’t even toasted. My order was out in literally 2/3 minutes and workers seem like they dont even wanna be there.
