Valentine's Day dinner at F1irst Restaurant I took my girlfriend and spouse of 45 years to F1irst. Great decision! We both enjoyed a world class dinner worthy of Kings and Queens! We started on the perfect foot with a pesto with an amazing roll. The plot thickens. We both loved our appetizer, entree, and dessert choices. It was the first time I had the octopus. I was not disappointed. This appetizer was a meal in itself and the intense complex flavors was a precursor to things to come. The scallop entree blew me away. While I thought I was consuming tiny lentils as an accompaniment to this entree, as it turned out it was RED RICE! Incredible flavor! We topped off with the Chocolate Caramel Bread Pudding dessert. Incredible! Unfortunately, I can't share with this audience if I got lucky, when we arrived home! Chef Adam Weiss is a tour de force! Shout out to the beautiful hostess Heda ( Adam's mom). She made me and my wife feel at home.

I took a friend out for her birthday. She is a foodie and had been everywhere. I was looking for a restaurant she hadnt tried. Both of us were quite pleased. The food, service and ambiance were excellent. I started with the beet salad and my friend had the caesar salad. Both of us had the short ribs. Mine with whipped cauliflower. Absolutely superb. This was a wonderful experience and I am looking forward to bringing a larger group very soon.

Heddy is the best, most glamorous hostess ever! Our waitress Linda was knowledgeable and professional. The pork chop and short rib special were amazingly delicious. We also appreciated that they tell you the price of the specials, so it's not a mystery when you get the bill. First is first on our list!
Everything about this place is incredible! The atmosphere is modern, the staff is all very warm, and the food is some of the best I’ve ever had. We were more and more impressed throughout the whole meal. This restaurant is truly a gem and a must try!

We were a party of 5 this past week. We had 7 different appetizers for the table. The fried calamari and artichokes were delicious. The foie gras was a special and a huge portion. 5 different mains, all delicious. I had the pork chop, my husband that the pasta with bolognese. 4 different desserts were shared. The service was professional and attentive. Chef came from the kitchen to chat for a few moments. The restaurant is lovely and charming, soft music playing. BYOB, our wine was handled professionally.

Excellence is the best way to describe FIRST. From the extraordinary and delectable food to the outstanding service and the beautifully appointed dining rooms, it is truly a privilege to dine here. My husband enjoyed the pork chop entree and I ordered the halibut which was the best I have had.
