A little piece of heaven! This is my second time coming to this restaurant and it is definitely gonna be on my rotation. The menu is creative and definitely shows the Chef's personality. All of the dishes are absolutely delicious with layers of flavor. Highly recommend the mounds ice cream dessert. We also love the chef's mom is a hostess! Love her!
We had a wonderful evening at First. The food was amazing. My friend said the butternut apple soup was better than her homemade version. My gnocchi with blue cheese and walnuts was delectable. The gnocchi was feather light and slightly crisp on the outside. The entree was spaghetti squash with roasted vegetables which was equally delicious. The staff was very friendly and professional. I already made my next reservation with my wine group for our holiday dinner.
Chef Adam and his staff go out of their way to make your dining experience everything you'd hope it would be. The dishes are exceptional with unique combinations and depth of flavor. The decor is modern elegance and sets the stage beautifully for a quiet dinner for 2 or a large party celebrating a milestone. Hennie, their lovely hostess, greets you at the door with her wonderful warmth and checks on you throughout your time there. She is a treasure. F1RST is an absolute gem!
