We decided to go somewhere besides Van Dyks and it was a huge let down. It had the consistency of italian ice and had way too much air in it. Every creamery ive been to has made their own ice cream, but the quality was that of something you would find at a gas station. Was also way overpriced for what you get in terms of quality and quantity. Disappointing

Ordered a medium, 2 flavors to go. When I got home, 15 minutes away, one of the flavors was wrong and a flavor I never have because I do not like it. I called and their solution was to drive 15 minutes back for credit or replacement. Asked if I could come another time and their offer was only good same day. Kind of stinks as I found the place online and made the drive in the first place to try it out. Needless to say I won't be going back. Rotten customer service. Fyi, I ordered vanilla peanut butter and butter pecan. Got vanilla peanut butter and cookie dough. Peanut butter was good, cookie dough, yuck! To update owner reached out to me and apologized for poor customer service. That means a lot and I will be going back to give them another shot. In this day and age it is nice to see owners who care about their customers. Thank you Alyssa! Came back to add to my review once more. Finally went back to get my butter pecan ice cream. Customer Service was tremendous and ice cream was outstanding.
Seems simple enough?right? Make no mistake - this is one of the best around and they don’t cut corners. From the gelato, hard ice cream, soft serve, to the specialty floats and ice cream sandwiches - it’s all top notch. Goffle Creamery has surpassed Sprinkles and other local spots as the new go-to! Cannoli gelato is a favorite ❤️ Thanks GC for your top notch creamery!!!

As you may know, vegan ice cream has a huge range of quality. Sadly they are using bottom tier vegan ice cream here. It's mostly water, sugar, and flavoring, virtually no fats like the more premium vegan brands. It's understandable because the portions are huge and "indistinguishable" vegan ice cream is very expensive. But I genuinely think they would be well served to buy a proper vegan ice cream (check the calories per portion as a loose proxy, more calories = more quality) and just give smaller portions for vegan orders.
Hope the owner sees this and makes changes. I'd love to remove this review one day.
