Not impressed. 3 stars are for good cappuccino & nice service. Tried a Napoleon and a custard. Both just cloyingly sweet and artificial tasting. Did not taste bakery made. tasted like something mass produced. Wanted tiramisu but what was offered as tiramisu did not look like tiramisu. Very overpriced.

Best Bakery in NJ!! Also, only bakery I've been to in NJ that has cassata pastries. When we stayed in Italy for 2 months and became obsessed with cassatas, unfortunately when we moved to NJ, it was very hard to find a bakery that has them. Luckily we found Il Dolce. The other pastries at this bakery are also amazing. They make the best baba pastry with cannoli filling. Best one I've had!!

Better than my last visit so that made me happy. This isn't my favorite bakery ever as things can be a bit dry in my opinion, however, it is still good. Additionally, I didn't leave feeling too ripped off, which is rare these days. I will be back.

What a cute and amazing bakery! They have so many options to choose from. Numerous cakes, cookies, and did I mention pastries galore!!! I was brought back to my childhood as I saw delicious treats I had not seen for many years. The owner is very helpful and kind. You can even sit down and enjoy a pastry inside with their available seating. There is plenty of parking too in the neighborhood.
