I went to sprinkles Saturday 20th with my kids I ask for a small cup and without asking the girl just started to fill it up with vanilla ice cream ? the small cup was for my 3 years old kid and he wanted rainbow ice cream so I told the the girl that I didn’t want vanilla ice cream she made a face and she slammed the fridge door and she threw the whole thing into the garbage and I told her she could’ve used the same cup I just didn’t want vanilla cause my kid doesn’t like vanilla ice cream she was extremely rude I was very disappointed at the service specially when my kids where there, I’m very very disappointed she said her name was Mary. And I would not bring my kids ever again to be exposed to such bad attitude.

Been coming here since I could walk. Came back recently as an adult and wow it hasn't changed, and that's a good thing! Cozy, fun atmosphere of that classic ice cream parlor. Decent flavor variety, super friendly staff, the girl helping us (I believe her name was Arlene) was super helpful and nice! Ice cream tasted just like childhood. Overall very happy, with them years later. You should stop by sometime!

My experience at Sprinklers’s in Hawthorne was one of displeasure. The portions we’re a total, I will never recommend establishment to anyone. 5 Dollar’s for the tiniest scoop of ice cream , And 10 dollars for double of that small scoop. The taste was mediocre.
