great place local with a good choice of flavors nice staff however i was there twice this week both times my son whos has allergies to nuts got hives ..1st time i didnt notice this time i noticed clerk using same scoop from previous customer ..maybe cross contamination ..how to fix ..i dont know maybe wash off between servings ..

I went to sprinkles Saturday 20th with my kids I ask for a small cup and without asking the girl just started to fill it up with vanilla ice cream ? the small cup was for my 3 years old kid and he wanted rainbow ice cream so I told the the girl that I didnāt want vanilla ice cream she made a face and she slammed the fridge door and she threw the whole thing into the garbage and I told her she couldāve used the same cup I just didnāt want vanilla cause my kid doesnāt like vanilla ice cream she was extremely rude I was very disappointed at the service specially when my kids where there, Iām very very disappointed she said her name was Mary. And I would not bring my kids ever again to be exposed to such bad attitude.

Used to love coming here. The ice cream is great but the fact that they only give you the smallest serving for five dollars. Used to be three swirls on the small now this is a flat pancake.
