I have driven by here for so many years and only in the last two years have been coming in. A clean, friendly place with an old school vibe of a family run business. Traditional deli fare in generous portions. The staff are friendly and get you out in a timely manner with your order.

Excellent local deli! The service is always friendly and welcoming, the food is fresh and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. Beyond the great food, I really appreciate how Stewarts always supports the Hawthorne community and schools. It’s clear they care about the town and the people in it. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic deli with some of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. Sloppy Joe the roast beef literally melted in my mouth, it was amazing. Thurs they have a Thanksgiving Turkey sandwich so had to go back the next day and it was so worth it ! Turkey is from a farm just around the corner ! So fresh. Staff was amazing and nice, will be back every time I visit. Check this place out !

Stopped by Stewart's Lafayette Deli and tried their Thanksgiving special—fresh turkey, stuffing, gravy, and cranberry on a roll—and it was everything you'd want in a comfort meal. Tasted just like a holiday dinner, packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. Finished it off with one of their homemade chocolate chip cookies, which totally hit the spot. Great local deli with quality food—can’t wait to go back!
