By far one of the best Thai restaurants in Bergen County!
We ordered the Khao Soi w/ Chicken, Vegetarian Pad Thai, and Green Curry w/ Pork — and every single dish was absolutely delicious. The Khao Soi was rich and flavorful with perfectly cooked noodles and tender chicken, the Pad Thai had the ideal balance of sweetness and spice, and the Green Curry was creamy, aromatic, and packed with fresh herbs.
The portions were generous, the presentation beautiful, and the flavors authentic and comforting. Whether you dine in or take out, Thai Cookery is a must-visit spot for anyone craving truly great Thai food.

I get not everything has to be traditional but this was so close to being a really good drunken noodle dish. Jalapeños? Eh maybe but Thai chilis are way better but what ruined it was ::drum roll::…….kale! Kale? Why on earth did a Thai place choose undercooked plasticky kale over fragrant soft and delicious Thai basil is insane. Anyway the rest was good imo would need adjustments.
