Upon arriving the restaurant was empty and cold. The waiter did turn up the heat for us. We ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio and were promptly told they had none....not even by the glass. One of my party ordered a main course special and was told it had been sold out the previous day (still on the menu though). We requested dessert menus on which all but three items were crossed out due to the fact they were also no longer available. The last straw was when I ordered a Sambuca which they also did not have. It is almost impossible to believe. The only thing I will remember from that evening was it was my worst dining out experience. I will say, however, the waiter was good!!

This was our first time at Baldo Bistro. We went early, 5:15pm. The food was delicious, our waitress was sweet, and the restaurant was very nice inside. We were not sure what a handfull of items or ingredients were on the menu. Adding additional information would help out patrons. We ordered: Rice Balls and Calamari for Apps, Eggplant Rollatini and Spicy Chicken Scarpariello for our main entrees. So good!!

I love coming to Baldo Bistro.The food is exceptional, the staff is friendly, Baldo comes out to great his guests, and the ambience is perfection.However, I have to take stars off for the atmosphere.I was recently here for drinks after a long day at work and I had an older woman in her mid 50s glaring at me the entire time for no reason. I was simply trying to have a couple of drinks, enjoy my time, and go home.I was made to feel as though my presence was not wanted and I should have gone to a dive bar off the highway because of my age.I primarily go to Baldo’s because I comfortable, it’s local, and female friendly.However, I don’t want to feel I’m going to made uncomfortable because of an older woman glaring at me due to my age and/or what I’m wearing- I was in medical scrubs.Baldo Bistro is down the road from a medical office. It would be great if they catered to the medical field or offices.
Great local Italian restaurant. The food is great, and the decor has been completely redone, and updated. Nice bar crowd, and often live music.Only problem with the service was a few times I have received a meal different from what I ordered. Lobster Ravioli when I ordered Cheese (luckily I am not alergic to shellfish), and Kielbasa when I ordered gnocchi... They did give me the correct meal each time, but obviously delayed the table.

I'd like to recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant. It was an old run down place that's been closed for a long time and just remodeled and reopened in January. It's beautiful inside and the food is fabulous. All handmade fresh pastas and breads. The food prices are a little higher but glasses of wine are $8! All well worth it. The people that work there really do a great job and show that they appreciate your business. I highly recommend checking it out.
