I drove from over an hour away, in the middle of winter, because of how good this place is and it exceeded every expectation. The aesthetics and quality of ice cream are astounding! It was like entering a little time capsule and then when you step outside you're created with the little river. It was like a fairytale experience! It was, without hyperbole, a phenomenal experience! Absolutely go if you're near and even if you're not. I did. Lol!
Whether it’s stopping by for an awesome breakfast on the weekend, a great lunch during the week, or grabbing some ice cream or a shake anytime and enjoying it while taking in the natural beauty aside the babbling South Branch of the Raritan River, Gronsky’s Milk House in High Bridge is a class act with no disappointments.

We knew their breakfast was incredible, but their ice-cream cake!? Omg...our new go to gor ice-cream birthdays! You can even customize them to any flavor or combo you'd like. Twice the size and half the price of carvel with real ice cream flavor!!
