Lovely to see such a buzzing and homey coffeeshop in high bridge. Breakfast burrito and coffee were superb, lots of sweet branded merchandise and art about high bridge on the walls. Love to see them celebrating local artists.
Also so great to hear snippets of conversation from the customers, most of whom seem to be neighbors bumping into each other and catching up. “I need to budget my time here or else my day slips away” one of them said. A really good signal of a genuine community space. :)

Great latte and avocado toast. Perfect place to recover after a long hike on the Columbia Trail nearby.

I ordered the honeycomb latte (amazing) and a prosciutto ricotta toast which was delicious. Something different in a cafe other than an avocado toast (which is also an option). The ricotta was fresh and light the pesto on top was just enough for the flavor layer but not overpowering. Red chili flakes and honey on top was a perfect balance to the saltiness of the prosciutto- perfect bite!
Atmosphere was very cute and relaxing too!

People who work there (well at register ) are not very friendly). Wa onky a few people in there and I waited 20 minutes for a latte. Crazy slow.

Great coffee and service
Second time here, both times impressed! Baked goods are wholesome and not greasy, they have a very wonderful home-cooked feel. The coffee is to die for.
Both times I've been here, the line is out the door and cyclists have their bikes parked out front. You can always tell a great coffee stop by where the cyclists go. They also have a self pour water station which is extremely helpful.
Love this place!

This toast was great but it would've been better with a bit less red pepper flakes. And the place was so cute and pretty!

BEST coffee shop in New Jersey hands-down! Scout’s is my favorite place to work with a lavender oat milk latte. It’s my living room away from home with the cutest merch, and adorable employees. It’s my little slice of Brooklyn flavor tucked away in a small town. Friends from out of town are always so surprised at how cool High Bridge is, and it’s all because I take them to Scouts.

Love this place! Super fun seating inside and outside. Great rotating menu of special coffee and teas. The pastries and yummy! The toasts are just okay, I prefer to just stick to coffees and small snacks here.

Stopped here to get a quick coffee and a few breakfast burritos to-go. The special Honey Comb latte was definitely the sweet treat I need before hiking!
