This Blimpie store is located inside Welsh Farms in Highlands NJ. If you are in the area, or perhaps going to the beach, this is your typical Blimpie. Sandwiches are fine, and usually there is no wait.

This Blimpie (America’s Sub Shop) is located inside Welsh Farms food store on Bay Ave. We had just come from Sandy Hook Beach with our dog and were looking for a quick bite to eat before driving home. My wife spotted the Blimpie sign as we drove past Welsh Farms and decided to go back and get a sandwich to go. This Blimpie location is strictly take-out and offers their typical menu of Deli Subs and more. I got the “Blimpie Best” on whole wheat with ham, salami, capicola, prosciuttini & provolone and fixings. We drove up to Mount Mitchill Scenic Overlook and finished off what turned out to be a great tasting sub while enjoying a beautiful view.
