This place reminds me of the place in NYC El Coyote. This was where I first took my wife on our first date 40 years ago. The food the service and the atmosphere is the same. Different owners different places but so many similarities. It brings back so many unbelievable memories of us together.
Have been coming for years, the taco Tuesday specials are worth checking out. Our server was amazing, we came in on a rainy Tuesday, she was running the whole floor and we never felt like we were slow for service. She gave us great recommendations on the Anejo tequila selection, as there was a huge range of different kinds of tequilas to choose from (although no mezcal, not a problem for me as I don’t love Smokey)!!
