This is one of the best restaurants in town. The food is delicious as well as the service. You cannot bet Cosmo, the waiter. Everything is fresh and dessert is amazing. You have to give this place a try.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I just had my daughter’s baptism lunch at Fresh and along with every single guest we had I could not be more happy with the food, service,hospitality and accommodations! The food was delicious! So fresh and made with passion. The chef knows what he’s doing. The 2 men that hosted for us were beyond professional, patient and friendly to us and our guests. Truly a hidden gem. We reserved a table through Google with no problem. The restaurant was almost empty around 6:30 and picked up around 7:30/8.

I tried the Lobster Carbonara and the Pappardelle allá Norma. Both phenomenal dishes. The tiramisu is made by one of the Italian waiters and he kept saying it was the best in New Jersey. It was absolutely true. My only regret is not getting an appetizer.
