AMA is one of the coolest spots in Hillsborough! The ambiance is lively yet cozy, making it perfect for family dinners, casual hangouts, or date nights. Their pizzas are exceptional — thin, crispy crusts with fresh, flavorful toppings. The menu has a great variety, and everything we’ve tried has been consistently delicious.
Service is friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. It’s no surprise that AMA has become a family favorite for us. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for great food, a fun atmosphere, and excellent service

AMA Pizza in Hillsborough is a wonderful Italian spot with excellent drinks, mouth-watering pasta, and truly great pizza. The service is superb, and it genuinely feels like a warm, family-run business. On weekends it gets very busy—as most good restaurants do—so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance.

Went here on the suggestion of a colleague and it was beyond expectations. Top notch Neapolitan pizzas, but also great cocktails, starters (eggplant balls!) and wine. Will be back for sure.

This place was such a lovely surprise! I hadn't been and didn't really look into it before going, but the food was fabulous, definitely reminded me of the pizza in Napoli! The servers and atmosphere were great too, I would definitely go again.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of pizzas and pasta options were vegetarian.
What a lovely spot. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. We had pizza and eggplant parm. The pizza had a great char to the crust. So good. And the tiramisu was excellent. Will definitely go back.

Not our first time here. We were excited to go again but this time we were disappointed. Vibe of waiter was off. We ordered the rucola salad and menu never mentioned balsamic vinaigrette. Well it came out drenched in it so we had to send it back. Calamari was good. I ordered the eggplant and it was cold. Husband had chicken parm and it was better. The waiter was rushing. Had our drinks, appetizers and dinner within 20 min. Never saw our waiter again. Had to ask another waiter for grated cheese. Then another waiter asked us if we were okay because he saw something was off. He was kind to move us outside where we wanted to be and took another drink order and desert. I would give him 5 stars for his service. Never did see our first waiter again. I think it’s a great place for their pizza and the ambience.
