Camila S was a great server.the food was good as expected, big meal deal, and deserts ( delicious. But could have had more nuts on the apple pie and blondie). We seem to always leave full. Will be back again soon. Maybe the ribs next time

The service is always friendly. The food is tasty and plentiful. Jo (the supervisor) and her team are always attentive to the customers. Jo is very communicative and pleasant, she makes us feel at home. This is a place to come back to again and again. My husband and I loved it.

We had a wonderful experience at Applebee’s, thanks to our server, Aaron. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and handled our urgent requests with patience and professionalism. Despite our time constraints, he ensured everything was prompt and seamless while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. His excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. I used to love to order from this Applebee's location because it is very close to my house and I've been living in Hillsborough for almost 20 years. But lately I feel like whenever I order food the servers treat me like I'm a thief. It's very disheartening because I don't know why anyone will feel the need to treat another human being that way. Whenever I go to pick up my order from the bar area the bartender girl refuses to hand me over my food. They always tell me to wait for the manager. But I noticed that if a different race other than myself comes in to pick up their food they have no issues handing the food over to them. One time I had to wait for almost 20 minute. I sat at the bar and was looking at the TV for almost 20 minutes and no one even asked me for a drink. I felt outcasted and singled out. If it wasn't for this one latino girl I probably would never have never gotten my food that night. Whoever is managing that restaurant need to do a better Job in teaching their staff how to treat all people equally regardless of race. Thx you.

Loved this place, food was great compared to other locations I had been at. Very clean and service was excellent. Our waiter Gaby was great, very kind and quick. Made sure we were alright at all times, definitely recommend for a great friends and family filled atmosphere!!
