Food is ok. What gets me is charging me $9.00 for a porkroll egg and cheese. That's insane. Seems like this place just make up prices depending what they feel that particular day.

These bagels are so delicious! Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. What I love most is the everything topping sticks to the bagel and is well covered. My mom and I met the owner this morning at the hair salon next to the shop and he was so nice. He conversed with my mom and I for a few minutes. He listened to my 84 year old mom and shared stories about where they grew up. He was so kind!

After trying several bagel spots in Hillsborough several years ago the family unanimously decided on Bagel Bistro being our bagel spot and we remain loyal. There are 3/4 tables inside, a few tables outside, and a clean customer bathroom. Bagels are all fresh, large, and soft. Orders come out fast and are made to order for takeout or dine-in, for both breakfast and/or lunch. Jimmy, Jay, and the rest of the crew are all aces. Jimmy is an owner who is a big supporter of the Hillsborough community. If your looking for that top flight bagel and in Hillsborough, this is your spot.

Never have any issues like some of theses ppl sometimes it’s busy u have to wait sometimes the workers have a bad day the owner is always busy may not say hi all the time ppl need to relax and be patient sometimes there food is not always perfect but when is a food place always perfect u take the good with the bad and I’ll continue to buy here best in town love this place prices went up but just look around what place hasn’t thank u for the great food u guys keep it up doing just fine in my book see u soon
