This location is incredibly disorganized, with lines forming in three different places and no clear system. The service was some of the worst I’ve experienced—rude and dismissive staff working the counter. I’ve never left a bagel shop feeling embarrassed and upset just for trying to grab a simple breakfast. Truly disappointing. .

I'm not close to this place anymore but I will make sure I stop by once and awhile to get there cinnamon burst bagel or a BLT on croissant . The workers are always nice and smiling when you walk in.
The problem as everyone points out is service. Most common recurring issues (and I mean a lot)—they don’t prepare the food as requested or it’s flat out wrong 2) customer service is atrocious-failure to write things down and language issues and 3) never any management. However the bagels are good. But it’s super expensive and most times you are frustrated leaving there and say to yourself I’m done going here. Honest review

Twice I ordered a toasted bagel with tuna and twice they fail to give me a toasted bagel and yet charged me for it. I saw the girl standing over by the toaster testing the heat on it and she knew damn well it wasn't working but she put the bagel in there and pretended like it did. When I called of course the owner acted like she didn't understand what I was talking about and asked me to come back but I was already home. they're ripping people off pretending they have a toaster that works and it doesn't. And every time I give these people a tip so that really pissed me off. Don't go there if you want what you asked for

Good place to get bagels. Open early..Good selection of bagels, but from what I saw, orders are not always accurate - I witnessed a gentleman placing an order, and checking it before leaving - seems some items were missing or incorrect. Prices are high though.

3 flagels cost 25$. 2 were pork roll egg and cheese, one was only cream cheese. The service was good. Food was good. Just a bit expensive.
