This location is incredibly disorganized, with lines forming in three different places and no clear system. The service was some of the worst I’ve experienced—rude and dismissive staff working the counter. I’ve never left a bagel shop feeling embarrassed and upset just for trying to grab a simple breakfast. Truly disappointing. .

I'm not close to this place anymore but I will make sure I stop by once and awhile to get there cinnamon burst bagel or a BLT on croissant . The workers are always nice and smiling when you walk in.
The problem as everyone points out is service. Most common recurring issues (and I mean a lot)—they don’t prepare the food as requested or it’s flat out wrong 2) customer service is atrocious-failure to write things down and language issues and 3) never any management. However the bagels are good. But it’s super expensive and most times you are frustrated leaving there and say to yourself I’m done going here. Honest review
