The reason I am giving them 1 star is because service means everything to me and they always have teenagers working there. All they do is talk and talk rather focusing the customer in hand. They also don’t pick up my call every time I have called!

Staff were very rude and tried to make me pay for something they apparently didn't even offer. When i called the manager they told me they were aware of their staff's attitude...
This place has nice parking and I go here in summer. You can sit outside and have a nice cone of ice-cream. Love this place as the flavor selection is good and service is fast. The parking lot is also large and not packed.

Starts provided - negative. I am giving 1 star as have no other option.... I called up the store to enquire about NFL theme cakes.. the lady could not understand what I was trying to say she hung up!!! I called up the store again .... The lady on the phone could not understand what I was talking about. She was conveying every message/question to the baker and he was replying back to her and then she was telling it to me... When I requested her to let me talk with the baker directly... she hung up!!!!! I mean.. no need to have a phone in store if you simply wanna HANG UP!!!
