Bellemara Distillery

Stopped by for a tasting. I was impressed with the balance of the aquavit and the quality of the single malt. Distiller Faye was awesome at answering questions and talking about the process. This place is worth a visit.

A hidden gem located right next door to a local beer brewery in Hillsboro. Tasty single malt American whiskeys. Handcrafted tasty cocktails. Amazing atmosphere and friendly professional staff. Not a fan of whiskey? They also have other spirits made in house. Try the gin or sample the homemade coquito. Orv try their Espresso martini, super creamy and foamy. It tastes like a coffee cloud. Great place for a small or large gathering. BYO Food or order from several local places that deliver. Say hi to Faye and ask her to impress you with the history of this gem of a distillery. Cheers! First visit to Bellemara Distillery and it won’t be my last. The ambiance is absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. The aroma of fresh herbs fills the air, making it even more enticing to try the delicious cocktails. The bartenders are true artisans, crafting innovative and flavorful drinks.

I wouldn’t call myself a whiskey drinker, but I love me some bourbon. Bellmara has introduced my palette to whiskey in a whole another way. My Old Fashioned was smooth and flavorful. The gin and tonic with fresh herbs was outstanding!

The seasonal menu offers a wide variety of drinks, and the food options are a great. The brewery next is a nice added bonus, making it a great spot to enjoy the beautiful weather. Highly recommend!

Came here for a nice evening and unfortunately got sat right in front of the main door, looked like a make shift table. They didn’t allow anyone to sit upstairs when it was only 5:30p. The sitting and ambiance was very different than what pictures posted online.

A Fantastic Experience at Bellemara Distillery

I recently visited Bellemara Distillery, and it was an absolute standout experience. I made a reservation ahead of time, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The space itself is charming, with a two-floor layout that offers a unique vibe. The first floor houses the bar area, with plenty of seating and a fantastic selection of whiskey and gin, along with glassware for purchase. The second floor is more of a lounge, offering a beautiful view of the distillery room and a cozy ambiance that's perfect for relaxing. The decor is on point, giving the space a refined yet welcoming feel.

The food experience was equally impressive. We were able to scan a menu and order straight to our table, with dishes delivered promptly. The charcuterie board was delicious, but the real highlight was the garlic truffle tater tots – they were to die for.

For drinks, I opted for the whiskey flight featuring their newly released expressions, and my favorite was the Peated Single Malt. With notes of peat smoke, oak, vanilla, and subtle hints of caramel and grain, it was simply fantastic. The cocktails were equally impressive — each one beautifully crafted, both in terms of presentation and taste. I tried the Horchata, Negroni, Manhattan, Apple Whiskey Sour, and Irish Coffee, and each one was a winner.

I also really appreciated the attention to detail with the service. There's a bell you can ring to summon your server upstairs, and they were always prompt and knowledgeable about the offerings. On top of everything, Thursday nights feature trivia, adding an extra layer of fun to the visit.

Overall, Bellemara Distillery offers an exceptional experience — from the ambiance and service to the quality of the drinks and food. I highly recommend making a reservation, as this place is a gem you don't want to miss.

Excellent craft cocktails. All ingredients made in house. Seasonal menu provides new flavors from fresh fruit. Huge menu, something for everyone. Exceptional service. As a distillery, they don't serve food but you can bring your own, visit the food truck on the weekends, get food delivered through DoorDash or order from a local Italian restaurant that partners with Bellemara. So there are many options.

This is a distillery that specializes in grain to glass craft cocktails. Everything ingredient is made in house. You won't find a better cocktail anywhere. They do not serve food but you can order delivery from a local pizza restaurant and on the weekends there are food trucks.

I stopped by here after lunch in Princeton,. I was not disappointed. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and a cool selection of craft cocktails. If you appreciate a good cocktails, I recommend visiting.

We came here on a sunny Saturday afternoon for my husband's birthday. He did a tasting flight, and we each ordered one of their specialty cocktails. The service was great, the patio was lovely, and the drinks were perfect.

Excellent mochatini and other awesome cocktails here. Bartenders were friendly and explained all their distillery liquors.

We went for a quick cocktail I tried the blood orange Malta Rita which was delicious I also tasted and purchased the malt spirit used to make the Rita My husband have the whiskey on ice and purchased 2 bottles to take home It was a relaxing experience We did not eat anything while there

Came here after having a couple of beers at Flounder Brewery, right next door. We didn’t have a reservation so had to wait a little while for seats at the bar to open up. The space is beautiful and the cocktails were very good. I had a mochatini and a revolver. I definitely recommend stopping in
