Bellemara Distillery

Perfect place to spend a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon. Drinks were special (as always) and service was great. We love the atmosphere and always look forward to our next visit.

Always a fun time. Empanada truck plus a nearby restaurant to order from. Service was top notch and very friendly.

Always a great time when we come to Bellemara! It's literally the only distillery we go to! Everything is phenomenal from the service to the atmosphere and especially the cocktails!

Bellamara's become our go-to for everything—from cozy date nights to fun private events. We love being able to bring our own snacks and games for extra flexibility. The staff is always warm and attentive, and the drink menu never disappoints with its wide variety.

I want to clarify that we did not eat here but it would not let me skip it! 😫I will say emphatically that the drinks here are outstanding and the bartenders are fantastic!!

Everything about Bellemara is always wonderful. The seasonal cocktails are a special treat every time and the permanent menu is full of classics to always come back to. Everybody in my party tried the Mexican hot chocolate (spring 2025) and loved it. The serving staff are extremely attentive and nice and always full of recommendations or helpful advice when you're considering trying something new.

Had a great time with my husband at Trivia night last week! Please continue fun events like that, it's nice to have things to look forward to during the week after work. The staff was amazing and the cocktails are always great :)

The whiskey's and aquavit were excellent. Really fun experience with tasty cocktails. Sad to see that the Bacon Old Fashions will be leaving the menu. Tried all of their espresso martini's and only the orange one stood out as being superior to just any espresso martini. The owner was very nice and friendly. Can't wait to return.

Great service by our waiter as well as the greeter who was very knowledgeable regarding cocktails we could make with alcohol we purchased.

We were downstairs by the bar on a Saturday and it was busy and crowded and fun! Did from local deli was really good! Drinks were A-MAZ-ING!! The blood orange ginger hot toddy was worth the trip all by itself...yum :)

Bellemara Distillery's staff are very professional and knowledgeable about the drinks and spirits available! All of the cocktails, low alcohol and non alcoholic beverages are great! Highly recommend stopping by for a drink and tour of the facility if you get the chance!

Stopped by for a tasting. I was impressed with the balance of the aquavit and the quality of the single malt. Distiller Faye was awesome at answering questions and talking about the process. This place is worth a visit.

A hidden gem located right next door to a local beer brewery in Hillsboro. Tasty single malt American whiskeys. Handcrafted tasty cocktails. Amazing atmosphere and friendly professional staff. Not a fan of whiskey? They also have other spirits made in house. Try the gin or sample the homemade coquito. Orv try their Espresso martini, super creamy and foamy. It tastes like a coffee cloud. Great place for a small or large gathering. BYO Food or order from several local places that deliver. Say hi to Faye and ask her to impress you with the history of this gem of a distillery. Cheers! First visit to Bellemara Distillery and it won’t be my last. The ambiance is absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. The aroma of fresh herbs fills the air, making it even more enticing to try the delicious cocktails. The bartenders are true artisans, crafting innovative and flavorful drinks.

I wouldn’t call myself a whiskey drinker, but I love me some bourbon. Bellmara has introduced my palette to whiskey in a whole another way. My Old Fashioned was smooth and flavorful. The gin and tonic with fresh herbs was outstanding!

The seasonal menu offers a wide variety of drinks, and the food options are a great. The brewery next is a nice added bonus, making it a great spot to enjoy the beautiful weather. Highly recommend!

Came here for a nice evening and unfortunately got sat right in front of the main door, looked like a make shift table. They didn’t allow anyone to sit upstairs when it was only 5:30p. The sitting and ambiance was very different than what pictures posted online.
