Stopped by for a tasting. I was impressed with the balance of the aquavit and the quality of the single malt. Distiller Faye was awesome at answering questions and talking about the process. This place is worth a visit.
A hidden gem located right next door to a local beer brewery in Hillsboro. Tasty single malt American whiskeys. Handcrafted tasty cocktails. Amazing atmosphere and friendly professional staff. First visit to Bellemara Distillery and it won’t be my last. The ambiance is absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. The aroma of fresh herbs fills the air, making it even more enticing to try the delicious cocktails. The bartenders are true artisans, crafting innovative and flavorful drinks.
