They serve only half the portion and don’t listen to wat is being said and make mistakes. They are in a rush to finish the order. This is the 3rd time the order has been wrong and we literally get only 1/2 the portion for the full prize.

We were in line ordering food today, and there was an employee testing the temperature of all the food with a thermometer.
We watched as he went down the line—meat to toppings—and stuck the same thermometer into each bin testing the temp. He did not once clean the thermometer, or even pretend to care that he was doing this in front of customers.
He then proceeded to move to the to-go section and do the exact same thing.
My husband and I are meat-eaters, so it is not an issue for us BUT, there are tons of people in this community who are vegetarian or vegan for religious and personal reasons.
Such a shame to see a careless mistake from this establishment. We came when they first opened years ago, and they’ve come such a long way since then. This will definitely prevent my in-laws from visiting until it is addressed, or until they forget it happened.
Note to manager: happened at 11:30ish on Friday, Aug 8 and was a male employee.

The only problem I had was the person making my food, didn't. Want to listen to what I wanted on it? But wanted to put whatever they wanted on it. It took some time and I got it. The way I wanted, and it was great.

The woman behind the counter was so rude. She didn't say a word and just threw food around like it's slop. She looked angry with the world and when I tried telling her I wanted salsa she just dumped a giant scoop of sour cream on there (I'm lactose intolerant) and couldn't make it more clear I wasn't welcome there. It was also filthy, every table was covered in food.
Great portions and friendly staff, however, I should note that I only order in the store, not online, and I only go for lunch and pick up the food. I do not sit and eat at the restaurant. When I order this way, I have no issues with the service or food. I usually order online for any place I get takeout but after seeing other reviews about terrible mobile orders, I refuse to place a mobile order for this location. If you have the time to do so, it's worth it to just order in person and see them make your bowl.

Whatever you do, don't order with mobile around 5pm. The dude who’s working the mobile orders actually goes out of his way to make you feel stupid. The first time was with me and I didn’t care, just thought he was having a bad day. Two days later my sister went in and it was the same deal. If he doesn’t want to interact with people he should try and work the line. Unfortunately this is the closest chipotle by my house😓

I went to get food. Every single table was dirty. The food area was dirty. Most people working didn’t speak English. The music was upbeat. I watched a girl come out with a wet rag and partially wipe tables. The dirty rag was used for each table spreading germs. No cleanser. No cleaning the rag in between tables. Just a bunch of younger Hispanic people who didn’t care about how they represented themselves or the store. I won’t go there again. There are cleaner and more professional places in town.
