I have had several unpleasant encounters with this establishment and my kids love Dominos, which is sad. 1st, they delivered my order to an unknown address and just left it there. 2nd, they sent me burnt brownies and burnt pizza. 3rd, they are extremely rude and disrespectful young ppl that answer the phones. 4th, I had a free emergency pie that would not redeem to my account, and they would not let me use it over the phone. So they give you a free pizza that you can't even use it's ridiculous. Will be ordering from the Raritan one from now on.

An order was placed in error to come to my house without my permission and I wasn't really comfortable with that. When I found this out, I immediately called the Hillsborough location and I asked then to cancel and refund the order. Aygin, the associate who helped me through the process , could have refused to do this because it was placed already, but went out of his way to fix the situation. His professionalism and understanding went a long way, and I didn't want them to lose any revenue, regardless if how large or small. I went back in that afternoon and ordered a vegetable pasta (warm) with a side order of bread bites. An awesome choice. Adam was the other associate there, and was professional and made the meal , which turned to be fantastic. Kudos to these guys and to this location for being so focused on customer service, and going the extra mile when they could have taken the easy way out. I didn't want them to lose out on an order so later in the afternoon I refurned and

We usually order take out from here and the pizza is good. This time, the pizza was inconsistent. Hardly any toppings and quite smaller than usual.

Hi guys, I ordered 2 medium pizza veggies for car side pickup, the guy delivered 2 pizzas. I went home and found 1 veggie and another with non veggie (peperoni) . I got upset so called store . And requested them to exchange. The guy from store told me sorry and can make me refund. I told them deliver 1 veggie and pickup non veggie. They denied. I say this is poor / worst service , mistake can be happened but response is not right , so I returned non veggie pizza back to the store. I will not recommend if this kind of response and service provided.
