I recently had an unpleasant experience at Domino's where I ordered vegetarian food but received a dish containing meat instead. Not only was the mistake disappointing, but the way the manager handled the situation was incredibly rude and unprofessional.When I approached the manager to address the issue, their demeanor was far from accommodating. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake and apologizing, the manager displayed a dismissive and uncaring attitude. They seemed more interested in defending their staff than acknowledging the inconvenience and disappointment caused by their negligence.The manager's lack of empathy and refusal to rectify the situation made me feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Any business needs to handle customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy, especially when they are at fault.Considering the incident and the manager's behavior. Trust and respect are crucial aspects of customer service, and unfortunately, this establishment failed to deliver in both areas.

I visited the Hillsborough Dominos on a Friday night. They always have the order ready quickly. It takes them 10 minutes to make a pasta and pizza dish it’s fantastic. It’s cheap pizza which isn’t a bad thing at $15 for this much food ya have to love it. They forgot my ranch but it happens, I went back and got it. It’s a great Dominos branch!

My brother called to place an order for me over the phone for pick up, and the guy on the phone said to him “man, hurry up and make up your mind.” So they didn’t get my order right. Also, when I got to the store and made a phone call, the guy lightly laughed at me and gave me attitude for taking a phone call while picking up my food. I guess I was making him wait more, wasting his time, or something. I didn’t even give him attitude or anything. He was just very rude. I wouldn’t go back there after that.
Domino's Pizza has become more consistent.I like it. Pricing is good. Options are good. The staff in this location is good.

I ordered delivery, I got a notification that the driver already left, I received my order 1 hour later, which my house is only 7 minutes from the store. I called the store and whoever picked up the phone just hung up on me, no respect for customer at all.They should have a better management on delivery. Not going to order from this store anymore.
