I ordered avacado toast along with other things these evening . The toast was very soft almost raw when I asked why it's like that the lady who cooked said our toaster is not working so we had to put in the oven and the spread was very cold too. My question is why she had to take the order when the toaster was not working. She didn't even try to toast or bake it again . I have been going to these place for years but first time there service was horrible. I am really disappointed.

I am finding their service has gone down hill as well as their quality. The people aren’t as friendly and don’t make the experience the way it was. I don’t know what happened. They also should update this location. It’s looking really dated.

Waited 10 minutes for breakfast sandwiches and hash browns and opened the bag to find 2 of the smallest hash browns I’ve ever seen on top of the sandwiches basically being reconstructed.
Very worst experience today with one of the new items introduced by Dunkin. We ordered via drive thru and checked multiple times with the guy at window whether it contains meat. He said no and when opened it was all meat. Went back to check on it and shocked to know the rude behaviour of the manager (Mr. Nick I guess) who closed window on our face and the staff was supporting him. WE EVEN MENTIONED, WE DO NOT WANT MONEY OR ANY OTHER ITEM BUT RQUESTED HIM TO BE HONEST AND ADMIT THE MISTAKE BUT NO WAY. VERY VERY RUDE AND ASKED US TO THROUGH THE ITEMS IN THE GARBAGE OURSELFS.I'LL COMPLAIN THIS TO DUNKIN MAIN OFFICES AS WELL.

By far the superior Dunkin in town. Whenever the one at 411 messes up my drinks I can always count on this one to do them correctly and save my day from being ruined. Staff is friendly and good humored. I will only go to this Dunkin.
