The burger here would have been one of the better ones i have eaten if only they improve their bun. As it is, it is so prone to becoming soft and squishy, and it becomes pressed into an eighth of an inch.

We have multiple burger places but they are the best. They use fresh ingredients and the flavor of their potatoes are amazing. Their fries have a special flavor as a result of this. The even post where there potatoes came from on their order board. Service is efficient and customer-focused. I met a Manager named Rose who guaranteed the quality of her product. She introduced me to her team which was very enthusiastic. This is a rare experience in today's world. Ambiance is kitschy and they give out terrific free peanuts in the shell to munch on while you wait.They are a wonderful local hamburger place that also makes great hotdogs.Good thing I am on cholesterol meds

I ordered French Fries and had them made twice as the first were old, almost cold. Second portion was also bad, soggy, oily and burned. $5.00 for that!!!other patrons accepted those awful fries, I am not sure why. check your bags when you get your food or simply avoid that location (Hillsborough)

Solid burgers, nice n greasy, flattish smashed patties which stack nicely as a double. Cheese gets a nice melt and the lettuce tomato onion are always fresh and on point. I'm not a huge fry guy so I won't comment but they make a point to let you see the bags of potatoes all around the store, I assume they're very fresh. People seem to like them. What can you say, Five Guys is a very satisfying burger albeit a bit on the junk food side of things. Decadent, all American, consistent, and worth the price.

Tasty, mouthwatering flavors in every bite. The courteous staff and cozy dine-in experience added to the enjoyment. A definite go-to for satisfying cravings and a welcoming atmosphere. They give you free peanuts so you can snack while you wait. The milkshakes are sometimes great but bad sometimes. The cajun style fires are really good too!

Food is great, but I was very uncomfortable and disappointed of how the manager was talking to the workers, I’m a Latino and it really made me feel like calling the labor department from how the manager talks to all the guys working in there , I hope someone can handle the situation and have the guy watch some anti-harassment classes or maybe replace the guys with someone who knows how to manage crews without looking prejudice . Hopefully is different next time I go get some delicious burgers from that place in Hillsborough NJ.One day that guys is going to end up on a YouTube video.By the way , im finishing my review and I found a box that says kids friendly , to be honest no kid’s should hear the words that come out of that guy’s mouth.Parking: Good parkingWheelchair accessibility: Is good .

My wife and I have eaten at the Hillsborough 5Gs on and off many times over several years and it appears to have gone down hill when we ate there yesterday evening. I always order a double hamburger with onions, mushrooms and ketchup but yesterday my burger barely had any onions and mushrooms and I had to add the ketchup after receiving my order. My wife had a double burger with cheese but it only tasted fair. Our vanilla and chocolate milkshakes also tasted differently--bland compared to previously, and our french fries although generous in quantity were very greasy with most having to be eaten out of our orders paper bag. Prices also increased but our order costing almost $40 was not worth the quality of our most recent food order. ecg, 8/15/23

I'm reminded why I don't come here anymore. After waiting 15 minutes for our food to be ready I had to remind them that we ordered shakes. When the shakes finally were made there was a mistake. This isn't just this time, this happens EVERY time we order shakes with our food. Over the years they have told us that the shakes are made once the food is made. That's not true, they always have to be reminded to make the shake or else they won't do it. This has been going on for years since ever this place is opened. Now if I can only get the tip I left and that gigantic glass jar next to the register I'd be content. However, like I said I won't be back...
