The employees are so helpful. My mom is in a wheelchair and the manager held the outside door open for us. Sounds like a no brainer, but no other restaurants do it. Food is good. One order wasn't right but they took it back no problem.

We came here on Saturday afternoon. Thea Weber was so bad didn’t even greet us and just ask what you want to eat ?? We place an order by mistake I order with beef which I never eat and allergic to it. I explain the server he said I need to buy another one they will not replace it. I spoke to manager and he was so rude too. I didn’t eat the omllette and I have to go somewhere else to eat. They don’t even refill my coffee. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never come back again. I so sad that my favorite breakfast place gave me such a bad experience 😡🙃

Around 2 weeks ago My mom and I along with my sibling went to Ihop. All was good at first, until, our waiter he was short of big brown skin with glasses. I believe his name was ulices. Came up to us. Firstly, he smelled like alcohol, second of all, his clothes looked all messed up and he was very forgetful. Terrible service over all. Im pretty sure he was drunk. NEVER LET HIM SERVE YOU!!!

Asked for cheddar and American on my eggs, paid extra for it. Didn’t get it. Asked for my steak Medium for my sirloin tips and eggs. Came out well done. Spent $50 on food and I don’t want any of it.
