Our server was pleasant and efficient. It was a weekday morning and he seemed like the only server in the restaurant at the time. The food was ready very quickly. It was basic IHOP faire. Pancakes could have had more topping. They certainly didn't look like the picture. In general food was fine and atmosphere was pleasant.

The French toast was good. But…. Sat us at a table that I had to sweep off the old food. The eggs were hot held with small portions. Watched the server running his hands through his hair in dining room before bringing our food over. Then at end they placed a stack of dirty dishes in front of us on the table and placed ours on top to clear the table while we were still sitting.
