Went there with my family of 6, server took our drink order. He brought out everyone’s drinks BUT the babies. Then he takes out food order. Bring out everyone’s BUT mine and the babies. Finally get our food and my chicken on my sandwich is burnt and didn’t have the right things on it (missing Mayo and pickles and side of ranch) I had to go up to the front to ask for ranch and napkins because the sever was MIA. Then I ask them if I can just have a different piece of chicken for my sandwich and the MANAGER comes over and tells me, “this is how the chicken comes” and has an attitude and says you can get another piece of chicken but it’s going to take 6 minutes. I immediately got aggravated and told her nevermind. As a manager she could have been a little more professional. Maybe could have offered somthing else if the chicken was going to take to long. Idk but I never leave bad reviews. But this one took me away!

Food did not come out as requested. The server seemed to be too high to even worry about our service, food or even attending to us. Never asked if we wanted water or juice. We asked for coffee, only brought us a cup and nothing else. Food was not cooked properly. This is not the first time this has happened.
