I always order ahead via the app, but my order is never ready on time—I end up waiting longer than expected, which defeats the purpose of ordering in advance.

Kids are not trained properly and also keep messing our orders.
Don’t know what black magic Mike does but his subs are beyond amazing. I can’t eat any of the subs except the veggie and the tuna but both of those are holy grails for me. I’ve ordered countless times.

Jersey Mike’s has the best subs I have ever had. The staff was very polite and offered us a few choices while making the sandwiches. The place was clean. There was a line when we arrived and the staff was efficiently handling the orders.
It's really hard to write this. I like the food and the feeling of this place but the staff is so hit or miss that it defies description. I ordered 2 Giants like I always do and, when I get there 15 min later, they're not even started with maybe 4 customers in the store. No apologies or anything to ease the fact this was a problem that was absolutely avoidable. How does that happen?
Very good subs
Bread was reheated and old, if I'm gonna be paying +$20 for 1 giant sub I'd at least expect to have the bread somewhat fresh... Ordered from this place many times and sometimes it's okay but most recently it's been a very big disappointment.

While visiting from Toronto we saw a commercial for Jersey Mike's and decided to try it....let's just say it was the best decision we made while out here. The staff and service and quality of food (fresh ingredients and presentation) were exceptional. I have eaten subs my entire life...none can compare. It looks exactly like the photos even better. Thank you Christine for making our dining experience here a memorable one. Next time we are here in Hillsborough we will definitely be back.
