They need to work on a system for taking orders on a Friday night. I put a phone order for a pie and said wait is 1 hour. That is fine but they never give you an order number or anything like that. We get there an hour later and other people are waiting for their pie(s). How do they know who ordered what and when? We waited for another 15 min. No pie or someone else may just took it as theirs?!? Frustrating. Give people an order number and match it to their food. Its not hard...
Went here on a Saturday afternoon and had a great time. Quiet noise level even with TV on, plenty of seating, courteous staff, delightfully friendly manager. Ordered a large pan pizza 8 slices, and it had fresh toppings and great bread flavor. Very good quality and nice size menu. Service was excellent overall. I will definitely be back!
Zero complaints about the food. I ordered a medium plain pizza and a baked ziti dish for pickup. When it came to pick up the food, the atmosphere of the restaurant looked pretty and warm. I would recommend for anyone interested in classic Italian eats.
