I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and that classic “Welcome to McDonald’s” from the friendly staff. I placed my order and they got right to it. I sat down to work on some of my taxes, and the kind employee actually brought my food to me even though I didn’t ask—super nice. And it didn’t stop there. One look at my fries and I could tell they were fresh out of the fryer. The taste was a 10/10, the service was 100/10, and Gabriel Brown was a 1000/10. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Thank you so much, Hillsborough McDonald’s crew!

This was simply the best experience i’ve ever had at any restaurant. The service was excellent. it was quick, fresh, and hot. They even added some cookies into my order because they were just too nice!

I have been coming to this McDonald's everyday for a coke or a frozen one. I began w mchicken and now double cheeseburger deal w Monopoly. Most know me and they give me my receipt. And the ladies are fantastic all of them. So I keep on going great service. They save me money when I make mistakes ordering. On the on the other hand sometimes a few young kids don't know everything about the app I think they in highschool and is ok you just have to make sure is the right order as well . Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10 because the owners have hired very good manager

They always have a huge line out the parking lot and if you order through drive thru there's a 90% chance theyre going to make you pull up and tell you the foods still cooking. Well I put it to the test because I had special request I parked my car immediately went inside and there it was sitting in the warmer. They just want to knock their times down in drive thru so they delay you thats not the point of fast food I have to wait an extra 10 minutes so I just stopped going there started going to burger king across the street

Typical McDonald’s with moderately clean and acceptable restrooms, somewhat decently attentive staff, and okay seating. Only losing two stars because fountain drinks and sweet tea is behind the counter now. Is that a corporate or franchise decision? Many people like and know McD’s for their “unlimited” soft drinks with dining in. Sure, we can ask for refills but some people have an aversion to talking to others and getting their attention can be a hassle.
